Set in noir-style London, writer Jack Manfred (Clive Owen, BENT) returns to his old job as a casino croupier and finds himself involved in a gamble involving three women and a scheme to defraud the casino.

Jack's girlfriend store detective Marion (Gina McKee, NOTTING HILL) wants him to go back to his writing, casino dealer Bella has an amorous eye for Jack while reckless South African casino client Jani tries to seduce Jack into a dangerous caper.
